Shipping Policy

Shipping Time. Most orders received before 3:00pm will ship that day, unless the product is not in stock. Most orders received after 3:00pm will ship the next business day. Shipping is business days Monday through Friday, there is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangements have been made.

Shipping Delivery. All shipping day and time of delivery information is an estimate, and not a guarantee of when the order will arrive. We encourage you to anticipate when you wish to receive the product, and place your order in a timely manner to allow for any delays in shipping or product availability.

Shipping Cost. Any discounts on a retail price do not apply to shipping costs. Expedited shipping charges will apply to all expedited orders. Any credits issued will not include shipping costs.

Returns

Tuff Chin dedicates itself to providing you with a high quality product, and want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. If there is a reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from tuffchin.com, we want to make it right. You may return your Tuff Chin chin cup for credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unused in their original condition for a credit to be issued.

Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at win@tuffchin.com and send your item to the return address listed above.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to shipping address provided above.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
